The Sender Score Program helps ensure that legitimate messages get delivered at over 45,000 ISPs worldwide, including LiveMail/Hotmail/MSN, Roadrunner and all implementations of SpamAsassin. CertifiedEmail is a premium class of trusted email that lets consumers identify authentic messages from legitimate senders with whom they have a pre-existing relationship.

TailoredMail is an initial provider of Goodmail's CertifiedEmail service - currently available with AOL and Yahoo. This program ensures 100% delivery to AOL/Yahoo subscribers (with images automatically turned on), and offers feedback-loop reporting (verified delivery receipt) and a differentiating icon within the inbox. Whitelists / Dedicated IPs

TailoredMail maintains direct relationships with worldwide ISPs to ensure your emails are whitelisted...more than 40K ISPs are included in this program. We also maintain our our DNS servers and can provide you with a dedicated IP address (for protecting your own reputation) and customized domains so that your brand is what users see in the from-address, links, and subscriber/unsubscribe pages.

Feedback Loops

TailoredMail has relationships set up with 10+ major ISPs worldwide to automate their feedback loop processing. Feedback loops are daily lists of names an ISP (e.g. Hotmail, AOL, Juno) will provide of people who received an email via TailoredMail, and want to be unsubscribed (by clicking a 'This is spam' button). This is a critical element in today's emailing world, as your reputation is almost purely based on your ability to automate this. If you continue to broadcast to subscribers who have clicked such a button, your reputation is immediately harmed and your sending mail servers are taken off their whitelists - which ensures all your email to that ISP will go directly into the junk folder.
