Matt Highsmith - CEO / President
Matt founded TailoredMail in 1997 and has guided its growth ever since. Prior to starting TailoredMail, Matt was VP of Marketing/Sales, and then President of Intermind Corporation, winning the American Design Award for Corporate Marketing and establishing over 200 Internet content partnerships. Matt coined the marketing phrase "push technology" back in the mid 1990's (including cover stories of Wired Magazine, Business 2.0, and the Wall Street Journal) and helped pioneer a completely new way of viewing the web.
Prior to Intermind he was the Worldwide VP of Marketing and Strategy at Attachmate - and helped guide its growth from $40 million to $400 million. Matt also held channel marketing and brand management positions at Apple Computer (Mac II) and Procter & Gamble (Liquid Cascade).

Dave Tinney - CTO
Dave joined TailoredMail in 2000 and brings an extensive background in Microsoft SQL Server database development, planning and testing with more than 10 years of time at Microsoft.

Marc Kamaka - VP of Client Services
Marc joined TailoredMail in 1998 and has led its Client Services Group since that time.

Mindy Dolan - Director of Marketing
Mindy brings 10 years of marketing experience in radio, television, public relations, direct response advertising, interactive email marketing and product management. Most recently she was the Interactive Marketing Product Manager for Outsell - an Internet auto sales and marketing company.

Tina Luce - VP of Finance
Tina joined TailoredMail in 2000 and has held senior management positions at Bank of America, and the former Security Pacific and Rainier Bank companies.
